6:00 to 7:00 PM Dinner and CE presentation

Menu Choices

1.  Margaritas Sunburst SaladFresh garden salad topped with an array of seasonal grilled vegetables and avocados (Vegetarian) or with Grilled chicken

2.  Taco saladCrisp tortilla shell filled with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with a choice of ground beef, chicken, or roasted vegetables.  Served with guacamole and sour cream

3.  Burrito SupremeChoice of ground beef, chicken or juicy chunks of sirloin rolled with refritos in a flour tortilla and topped with cheese and red chili sauce, and sour cream

4.  Enchiladas RancherasTwo cheese and onion enchiladas bathed in a spicy ranchera sauce and garnished with scallions and sour cream.  Served with rice and beans

5.  Gringo Burger with CheeseA half pound lean ground sirloin burger with all the fixings and cheese.  Served with garden salad or fries.

6.  Uno ComboA beef hard-shelled taco served with a cheese and onion enchilada.  Served with refritos and Mexican rice.

Coffee, tea, and choice of soft drinks as well as a dessert of ice cream in flan cup are included with the dinner.
Alcoholic beverages are available and may be ordered on individual bar tabs.
