to 6:00 PM Cocktail/ Social Hour Menu Choices 1. Margaritas Sunburst Salad – Fresh garden salad topped with an array of seasonal grilled vegetables and avocados (Vegetarian) or with Grilled chicken 2. Taco salad – Crisp tortilla shell filled with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with a choice of ground beef, chicken, or roasted vegetables. Served with guacamole and sour cream 3. Burrito Supreme – Choice of ground beef, chicken or juicy chunks of sirloin rolled with refritos in a flour tortilla and topped with cheese and red chili sauce, and sour cream 4. Enchiladas Rancheras – Two cheese and onion enchiladas bathed in a spicy ranchera sauce and garnished with scallions and sour cream. Served with rice and beans 5. Gringo Burger with Cheese – A half pound lean ground sirloin burger with all the fixings and cheese. Served with garden salad or fries. 6. Uno Combo – A beef hard-shelled taco served with a cheese and onion enchilada. Served with refritos and Mexican rice. Coffee,
tea, and choice of soft drinks as well as a dessert of ice cream in flan
cup are included with the dinner. |
